Delete your Zaalios account

Delete your account in the app

You must be signed in so Zaalios can verify the account. No account sign-in or deletion is available on this marketing website.

1. 1Open Zaalios and sign in to the account you want to delete.
2. 2Open Profile, then Settings.
3. 3Choose Account deletion in the danger zone.
4. 4Review what will be removed, then choose “Permanently delete account”.
5. 5Confirm the deletion when prompted. Keep the app open while the request is processed.

Data permanently deleted

When deletion succeeds, Zaalios removes the account and associated data it controls:

• Your login identity and all Zaalios sessions
• Your profile, goals, and goal checkpoints
• Meals, nutrition records, weight logs, and water logs
• Daily summaries and feature-usage records
• Subscription and payment records held locally by Zaalios

An active paid subscription is cancelled before the account is deleted. If the subscription cannot be cancelled, the account and its data are not deleted, and you can retry from the app.

Records a payment provider may retain

External payment processors may retain transaction records where legally required for tax, fraud-prevention, or chargeback obligations. Those records are controlled by the payment provider and are not retained as an active Zaalios account.

Signing out or uninstalling the app does not delete your account. Complete the steps above to permanently delete it.
